Bookings, Appointments and Cancellations
Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full fee will still apply.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Client Responsibilities
Health Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to their session. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries
Conduct: Our services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and payment in full will be required.
Payment
Fees: Payment is due either at the time of booking or immediately after the service is rendered. We accept various forms of paymen
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated.
Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
